Custom Carhartt Hoodie is a brand of Battle Born Clothing, a custom apparel decorating shop at 3 Pebble Beach Dr, Yerington, Nevada. One shop, shipping to all 50 states.

The shop

Battle Born Clothing does embroidery, laser-engraved leather patches and screen printing in-house. DTF transfers are made by a Carson City, Nevada partner and pressed in our shop. We are an authorized decorator for Carhartt, Nike and OGIO, and we buy blanks from SanMar (Reno warehouse first) and S&S Activewear.

Equipment

• Embroidery: two single-head commercial machines, a Happy HCD2-1501 and a YunFu 15-needle, running Rapos thread.
• Maggie magnetic embroidery frames for thick garments.
• Leather patches: an OMTech 80-watt CO2 laser, in use since 2020, and a two-platen VEVOR press for heat-bonding.
• Screen printing: plastisol, water-based and discharge, with a conveyor dryer.
