Step 1: Get a price

Step 3: Review the quote
The quote lists the Carhartt blank per style (quoted per job, MAP respected), the decoration per piece from our matrix, digitizing at $18.99 per design and any handling. Quotes usually go out the same business day.
Step 4: Approve the digital proof
We digitize your logo, about 2 business days, and send a digital proof showing placement, size, thread colors and the stitch count. Nothing stitches until you approve it in writing. Ask for changes here; this is the cheapest moment to change anything.
Step 5: Production
Standard turnaround is 28 days from proof approval. We order your Carhartt blanks, starting with SanMar's Reno warehouse, and stitch them in-house in Yerington on our two commercial embroidery machines.
Step 6: Shipping
Orders ship UPS Ground. Typical transit is 1-2 business days to Nevada, California and Oregon and up to 5 to the East Coast. Nevada buyers can pick up by appointment.

Your quote comes by email from Battle Born Clothing with each line spelled out. Approve the quote, approve the proof, and production is scheduled. If you need a W-9, a PO reference or a specific invoice format for your company, say so on the form.
A sample order, start to finish
A 40-person crew wants Carhartt midweight hoodies with a left-chest logo and a full back. The office manager sends the logo as a PDF, the size breakdown and a ship-to address in Colorado through the quote form on a Monday. The quote goes out the same day. The proof, with a 5,500-stitch chest and a 16,000-stitch back, arrives about two business days later and is approved. Production runs up to 28 days, then UPS Ground typically takes 3-4 business days to Colorado. Decoration at the 24-47 tier is $6.00 + ($6.00 + 10 x $1.00) = $22.00 per piece, plus 2 x $18.99 digitizing. The Carhartt blank is quoted separately.
