Custom Carhartt Hoodie is a Battle Born Clothing brand. We embroider and leather-patch Carhartt hoodies, zip-fronts, Rain Defender styles, crewnecks and quarter-zips for crews, contractors, ranches and companies across the USA. Embroidery runs in-house on two commercial machines, a Happy HCD2-1501 and a YunFu 15-needle, with Rapos thread and Maggie magnetic frames. We have laser-engraved leather patches on our own 80-watt CO2 laser since 2020. Battle Born Clothing is an authorized decorator for Carhartt, Nike and OGIO, so the Carhartt blank is priced per job with Carhartt's minimum advertised pricing respected; the decoration is priced in public on this site. Every order gets a digital proof first. Standard turnaround is 28 days from proof approval, and if we make a mistake we redo it free. Most of our Carhartt hoodie work is crew gear: 24 to 200 pieces with one logo, reordered every fall. Battle Born Clothing counts the price tier on the whole order, so a crew that mixes pullovers, zip-fronts and crewnecks still gets the 48, 60 or 80-piece rate.
Left chest plus full back
The jobsite standard is a left-chest logo and a big back logo so the crew can be read from across the yard. Each location is priced on its own line of the matrix at the order's tier. A 15,000-stitch back at 48 pieces is $14.50 per piece; add a left chest up to 6,000 stitches at $5.50 and the decoration is $20.00 per piece. The Carhartt blank is quoted separately.
Mixed styles, one program
Field crews in Rain Defender zip-fronts, office staff in quarter-zips, everyone else in midweight pullovers. One digitized file runs on all of them, and the $18.99 digitizing is charged once per design.
